FAQ
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your account to be approved.
If your account has not yet been approved, you can still edit your details. Just log-in and click "Request Account". But if the AAO has finished approving your account, you'll have to send them an email through the Google account you used in signing up.
You'll be helping the Alumni Affairs Office in updating their records for the meantime. We're hoping that the other features of the portal will be ready soon!
Please send an email to the AAO using your new Google account. Don't forget to include your old account in your request.
We're working on this! Right now, Alumni ID operations (requesting, processing, and releasing) are on hold. Stay tuned for updates!
You'll know this once you log in: if you see "My Profile" on the upper-left portion of the page, your account has already been approved. But if it still says "Request Account", please give the AAO a few days to review your request.
